High-Plex Spatial Profiling
of Suspension Cells

Using SmartBioSurface® slides together with the CellScape™ and CellScape XR™ platforms, researchers can achieve reliable high-plex imaging of suspension cells, including PBMCs and liquid biopsy samples, while maintaining exceptional cell adhesion, retention, and image quality throughout multiple staining cycles.
SmartBioSurface slides demonstrated significantly enhanced cell attachment and long-term stability during cyclic immunofluorescence workflows, achieving approximately 98.5% cell retention after ten imaging cycles. Combined with CellScape XR’s ability to detect multiple markers per cycle, this approach supports highly reproducible biomarker profiling with excellent signal quality and reduced sample loss.
By enabling the use of the same validated reagent panels and imaging chemistry for both tissue sections and suspension-derived cells, this workflow allows direct comparison across sample types. The result is a more comprehensive view of complex biological systems, supporting advanced research applications in immuno-oncology, infectious diseases, and translational medicine.
