Argus

Argus acts as a high-performance AI system tightly integrated with immunofluorescent widefield imaging, enabling a two-stage analysis workflow. Initial widefield scans are used to identify candidate cellular events, which are then automatically re-imaged at high resolution for refined evaluation.

Built on state-of-the-art deep learning models for cellular image analysis, Argus performs detection on widefield data and subsequent classification on high-resolution images, enabling robust identification of rare events such as circulating tumor cells (CTCs).

See.r provides an intuitive, interactive interface for visual exploration, verification, and interpretation of detected cellular events in a streamlined digital environment. Together, Argus and See.r bridge automated AI-driven detection with human interpretation, enabling scalable and reproducible cellular analysis workflows.
